Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package has shipped.

Delivery Time
Belgium and the Netherlands: 3 to 7 business days
Germany: 3 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders over €50.
Below that, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs.

Shipping from the EU
All our packages are shipped from a warehouse within the European Union.
You therefore pay no import duties or additional customs fees.
